PENDEKAR is an integrated dashboard platform designed to monitor the development of villages and sub-districts, covering financial data, stunting metrics, MSME activities, village programs, and regional development indexes.
The project aims to deliver a more intuitive and accessible interface that transforms complex datasets into simple, clear, and actionable visual insights.

As a UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for:
Analyzing user needs (Regent, Village Admins, District Operators)
Structuring information architecture and user flows
Designing a clean, data-driven user interface
Implementing the visual design system (grid, spacing, typography, colors)
Enhancing data visualizations (charts, cards, status indicators)
Creating interactive prototypes for early-stage testing

This project demonstrates how thoughtful UI/UX redesign can make government data more accessible, user-friendly, and effective in supporting decision-making at the regional level.
